Our Story

RxTro was founded in 2012 in Australia. It gained rapid uptake and now supports over 12,000 family physicians and 90% of healthcare representatives. Based on this success, RxTro is expanding its services to Canada.

The COVID-19 pandemic has forced all healthcare practitioners (HCPs) and the life sciences industry to rethink how they interact. HCPs agree that the role of industry representatives are invaluable. However, COVID-19 has resulted in HCPs having less time and has increased their need for real-time, relevant information. The traditional model of engagement needs to evolve to meet this need. The new model should facilitate a more streamlined processes to connect HCPs with life sciences companies and deliver the information HCPs want when they want it.

RxTro has pioneered such a model in Australia and is now bringing this innovative platform to Canada.
